Coaching Programs

Each VIP group coaching program focuses on overcoming a specific set of problems for families with school-age kids. These 16-week semester long courses include 8 bi-weekly parent group sessions, 8 bi-weekly personal online consults, and more.  The VIP programs are offered during three enrollment periods throughout the year:

Spring Semester (January – April)
Summer Session (May – August)
Fall Semester (September – December).

Our VIP parent groups provide an incredibly powerful and cost-effective way for you to make significant strides over a few short months. You will quickly gain new-found confidence as well as competence in these supportive coaching groups.

The Family Wellness VIP Club – focused on helping you eliminate oppositional & defiant behaviors, get your kids to listen and cooperate more, improve communication skills, increase positive family bonds, help everyone have more fun at home, and ensure that both parents and kids have enough time off to re-energize their body, mind, and spirit.

The Student Success VIP Club – focused on helping you improve your elementary or middle-school student’s Executive Functioning skills. Going beyond just ADHD coaching, this program is helpful for ANY parent or child who struggles at times with paying attention, being organized, following directions, planning and following through with tasks, time management, controlling impulses or emotions, and stopping to think before they act.

1. Bi-Weekly VIP Coaching Calls with Dr. Peter

You’ll get 8 bi-weekly coaching sessions in a content-rich program that focuses on helping you achieve specific goals for your family’s wellness and your child’s success. These small-group coaching sessions have limited enrollment to ensure you get plenty of individual attention as well as peer support. Parents often appreciate the peer validation as much as the coaching, as you learn that you’re not the only one going through these parenting challenges!

2. Digital Recordings of Every Coaching Call

Let’s face it. You’re busy and may not be able to attend every coaching session LIVE. To make it easy for you, each call will be recorded and posted online in our club members area. You can listen to my coaching suggestions and our group discussions on the website or download the MP3 files to listen on the go.

Even if you are on the call LIVE, parents often find it helpful to go back and review certain sessions to get the booster shots you need. You won’t have to worry about missing a thing. Listen whenever you like, wherever you like, and as many times as you like!

3. Bi-Weekly Online Check-Ups

I want you to get the most out of these VIP programs. I want you and your child to really succeed at implementing the life-changing strategies we’ll be exploring. So, in order to keep you accountable, I’ll check in with you in the “off-weeks” – when we don’t have a group meeting. Every other week, you’ll email me with a status update, telling me what’s working for you, what’s not, and any questions you have. I’ll provide you with encouraging ideas, suggestions, and resources to keep you moving forward.

4. Monthly “VIP Office Hours” for Brief Consults

Once a month I’ll hold “Office Hours” open only to VIP Club Members. During these times, you can sign up for private 15-minute phone consultations with me where we’ll focus exclusively on your most burning question or concern. You’d be surprised at how helpful these “laser coaching” sessions can be. We’ll get you thinking out of the box and moving quickly on your way with renewed clarity and energy.
